We recently had a walk-in shower fitted (along with toilet, sink and vanity unit) for my mum who is 87 years old. We worried a little about whether the company we chose to do the work would do so in a manner that was both respectful of her property but also of her age and be aware of how disruptive such work could be for an elderly lady. Let me assure you that those worries disappeared the minute we met with Gary, and later with his team (Ben and Alan, along with the office staff). The whole job from start to finish was handled professionally, with discussions at every stage about what was being done one day and what the plan was for the next. The team were incredibly courteous throughout and ensured the disruption was kept to a minimum. Not surprisingly, given the age of mum’s house, we encountered little snags along the way. What sets an exceptional company apart from a good company, is how they deal with those unforeseen issues. These guys were exceptional in that respect. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were more than happy to adjust their plans along the way should mum ask them to. A very welcome touch was a visit after completion, from a trained architect no less, to inspect the work and get sign off. That alone gave a high level of confidence in this company. The result is a bathroom which is now a whole lot safer for mum and one which she loves and can’t wait to use each day! From the moment I phoned, to the moment the stairlift was paid for, the service could not be faulted. Paula and Gary both spoke with me on the phone and were always polite and considerate, and knowledgeable. No pushing for us to buy, just genuine care. Gary also fitted a grab rail at the top to help Mum stand up off the chair. The stairlift has not yet been used by my Mum, as she was taken into hospital on 16 January, just before it was fitted. Hopefully, she will be home tomorrow and whizzing up and downstairs as fast and as safe as any 91 year old can be.

I visited the shop today and was provided with a first class service from the two members of staff on duty Olivia and Shaun. They asked all the right questions and found a scooter that suited my needs. Gave a detailed explanation and demonstration and I purchased the scooter there and then. Well done you two!!
I recently purchased stairlift and a riser recliner chair.. received excellent advice and super fast delivery and installation. Staff were so friendly and patient. Oh and price compared favourably with other shops in Merseyside!

There are no words to thank and praise Gail and Paula and the service you provide at your shop. My husband and I were traveling when his mobility scooter stopped working in Liverpool. You can imagine the huge inconvenience this is for a man who can only take a couple of steps. My husband has muscular dystrophy but thank God is in great spirits, and we travel with the scooter.
We searched for a place where the scooter could be repaired or where we could get a new one to continue our travels and God brought us to A Mobility Shop.
Upon our arrival, Gail immediately came out to help me push my husband in the store. She made sure he was comfortable in a very sincere and caring way. After going over what had happened she mentioned that it must be the ignition that was not working. She called the engineers who were on their way to the store. Meanwhile, we were short of time as our driver was picking us up to travel to Manchester for a flight to Dublin! Therefore, we looked at the scooters you had at the store and decided on one we would buy if ours could not be repaired immediately.
The engineer arrived and fixed our scooter immediately. When we asked how much we owed, Paula said that it was their pleasure to help and nothing was owed. We were genuinely touched by the dedication that Gail and Paula have to helping the disabled.
They allowed us to wait for the driver inside the store even though it was past the closing time. They both waited with us so that we would not have to wait in the cold outside. They are truly angels without wings!
There are no words that would serve justice to how appreciative my husband and I are to these two ladies. We continued our travels, without a problem, and are now back home. Please know that these two ladies represent your shop well, outstandingly well! We will forever be thankful and will continue to praise them and include them in our daily prayers.
May the Lord grant Gail and Paula lots of health so that they may continue to serve others with the commitment that differentiates service from dedication. We are forever grateful!
